The hotel was located in a prime area that was perfect for exploring the city. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always providing top-notch service. The room and bathroom were very clean and spacious, with modern facilities such as a fridge and working shower. The breakfast provided was exceptional and had a great selection of dishes.
The noise from the nearby construction and late-night disco, making it difficult to sleep at times.

The hotel also has rooms with great breakfast included in the price, which is a great value for money. I loved the attention to detail in the Nepalese art that was present throughout the hotel. We had an amazing stay in this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, offering valuable advice and assisting us in arranging tours. The location was perfect, in a quiet street not far from the action in the nicest part of the vibrant district, with good restaurants and bars nearby. Additionally, the hotel facilities were great, providing us with a well-appointed room that was very clean with fluffy and white towels. The bed was divine, and the wifi was excellent, which was important for us. The breakfast was relatively simple, but certainly did the job well, with excellent coffee. We look forward to returning!
Nothing for us.

Spent my Xmas vacation at a hotel with superb cleanliness with great breakfast and western standards. The room was beautifully decorated with lots of Nepalese art and had an extremely comfortable bed. The hotel is only a stone's throw away from the bustling cafes and shops - making it convenient for a tourist like me. The staff was helpful, knowledgeable, and fast to act on any request. The hotel provided me with a wonderful experience overall.
The stay was not perfect, laundry was not available, and the lack of this service made the stay uncomfortable. While making payment, I was shocked to learn about the surcharge for card transactions, upon arrival.

We were amazed by the exceptional service we received at Karma Boutique. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. They helped us arrange tours and provided valuable advice throughout our visit. Their willingness to accommodate changes to our reservation was truly impressive. The hotel itself was clean and quiet, offering a peaceful retreat in the bustling city. The laundry service was excellent, and the price was more than reasonable. Despite a sudden flight change, the staff allowed us to extend our stay and even let us stay in our rooms past the check-out time until our situation with the airline was resolved. We were extremely satisfied with our experience and will definitely be returning. we highly recommend staying at Karma Boutique Hotel for a memorable and hassle-free stay in Kathmandu.
